Acoustic Music at Montrose Playhouse present in Cinema 3, on Tuesday, 3 rd
September at 8.p.m, as the second Gig of their Autumn 2024 Season, a Concert
by the brilliant Scottish Singer Songwriter, Rachel Sermanni.
Rachel Sermanni has rapidly established her reputation as the best of the
younger generation of Scottish Singer Songwriters. Blessed with a glorious
voice, she has the ability to make the most mundane moments mystical. In the
words of the great Karine Polwart, after covering one of her songs, Rachel
seems to have appeared from the Faerie World.
The Songs of Rachel Sermanni brim with dreamy Indie Folk Pop, that speaks of
the desire to flow, to love, to live, to feel. Rachel’s most recent release is her
fourth Studio Album, “Dreamer Awake”, an in depth assortment of playful and
candid vignettes, peeping into life after birth, and after separation.
Admission is £13.50 and tickets can be purchased beforehand by emailing
brucekenneth130@gmail.com. or will be available, in exchange for payment of
Cash, at the Door on the night.
