Acoustic Music at Montrose Playhouse present in Cinema 3, on Monday, 7th October at 8.p.m., the Brooklyn, New York-based Singer Songwriter, Annie Keating, with her rocking four-piece Band.
This is a special One-off Monday night Gig for Montrose Playhouse to accommodate the Touring schedule of The Annie Keating Band. Americana UK has described the music of the band “at full tilt“ as “ razor sharp rockabilly, sweet Country and swampy Blues.”
Talent spotted by Bob Harris of BBC Radio 2 (who describes Annie as a “Must See” ), with the release of her breakthrough Album, “Belmont” in 2008, Annie Keating has released eleven critically acclaimed studio Albums. She has drawn formidable comparisons to artists, including Bonnie Raitt and John Prine, along the way.
